Ingredients:
500g minced beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Burger buns, lettuce, tomato slices, and condiments for serving

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the minced beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
Serve the burgers on the toasted buns with lettuce, tomato slices, and your favourite condiments.
